Wheelchair Ramp
To make stages totally accessible we have added a
wheelchair ramp which sets up in ten minutes to our rental
inventory. Maximum length at this stage is 5.6m with more to
come.

Organising a
Medical Conference?
We now use Barco DLP Projectors for Medical
Conferences and anywhere else high resolution projection is
required.
Outdoor Mobile Stages
We now offer three mobile stages, sound and
lighting as a package at unbelievable prices for outdoor

Video Production
We can produce a video recording of your event with
up to an eight camera shoot, live mix and final editing.

clients. If your venue has four walls, a floor and a
ceiling, we have probably worked there - we even work at locations that don't

'In-house' AV
companies and Secret
Commissions

AVCorp
is not "in-house" at any venue and so we
are not obliged to pay your venue any commissions as "in-house" AV
suppliers must do. "I can't comprehend
taking a client dollar and delivering 70 cents worth of show", says
AVCorp owner Mike Papas. "This presents no
value to the client and for every client dollar we like to deliver a
dollar plus".
The money saved by using your
own AV contractor and avoiding in-house contractors who pay their
host venue a commission can be used to hire more
equipment. This is equipment that will aid your
presenters and performers and enhance the experience for
your audience - or you can save on equipment rental. You
are not obliged to use any venue's third party supplier
and so the choice is yours. Why pay 30% in venue
commissions ??? AVCorp will match any in-house suppliers
quote and add 30% more equipment to the show or simply
charge a fair market rate. The choice is always yours
and AVCorp will always act with your
best interests in mind.

technical solutions for conferences, seminars, AGMs, awards
dinners, concerts, outdoor events and theatre as well as other
corporate and social functions.
